Last weekend, we bought two more chicks. We bought them both at Gilroy Farmers. We got more chicks because we were afraid that one of the last chicks we got was a rooster. We got a Rhode Island Red and a Black Ostralorp. We named that Rhode Island Red Penny from "Penny Lane" and we named the Black Ostralorp Martha from "Martha my Dear".

Last Day of Rain
Yesterday, was my last day in Portland. During the Morning, I drove the golf cart, then, we went to the store. Right as we where pulling into the driveway, the neighbor came over and asked us if we wanted some salmon. Of course, I said YES. About an hour later, the neighbor came over with two packs of frozen salmon that he caught in Alaska. Along with the salmon, came 4 artichokes. Our dinner menu changed right their. The neighbor also had a computer problem that he asked me to fix. The scanner wouldn't scan to the computer. I tried a couple ways, but, I was unsuccessful. I told my grandpa that if he wanted to try fixing it it's his project. When I got back to the house, I made some lemon bars. My uncle came over for dinner and we had salmon and artichokes. After dinner we had lemon bars. Then, I decided that we should see if the sound system is can be wired for a sub woofer, so we opened up a volume controller and we found out that it would be very simple.

Again, Too Much Fishing not Enough Catching
Yesterday, we went out fishing again and guess what? We caught not fish. It was also a rainy day and I got all wet. We put the boat in at the Cell Wood Bridge (south of Portland on the Willamette River). From their, I drove all the way to the Columbia River (north of Portland). It was about 12 miles. We fished in two locations, under the Cell Wood bridge and just out of downtown Portland. We went to my Uncle's house for dinner and burned a pile of paper and watched a movie, "Spencer's Mountain". The movie was from the same book as "The Waltons". On the drive home, it was a torrential downpour, so we took the highway.

Power Washing
Yesterday, I drove all 27 holes of the golf course and went through both of the tunnels. When I got back, I power washed the drive way, but the power washer didn't work. We knew it was a pressure problem and then found out that there might be a washer missing, there was. We went to the hardware store and got the new washer and the power washer worked like new. For the next four hours, I was in the driveway power washing. Then, my cousin and my uncle came over for dinner.

Finally, Connectivity
Yesterday, my grandpa went and got my cousin at 8:20 in the morning. While I was getting my grandparents alarm working. When my cousin got here, we both drove the golf cart around the neighborhood. At lunch time, we met my uncle at a sushi restaurant then, we went to best buy to buy a router for my grandpa (I forced him). When we all got back, I set up the router. After dinner with my uncle and cousin (7:00), I went to Fry's to get a new hard drive for the computer that I am working on. When we got to Fry's we forgot the credit card and had to go back home to get it. Once home with the new hard drive, we had trouble getting the computer open because we couldn't find a screw driver for opening it up. Finally we found one. After putting in the hard drive, I installed windows Vista and all the drivers (it took 45 minutes).
